The tale told in "Operation Urgent Needs" was a collaboration with PuppyPiers. It's based upon an idea for a fan fiction short story that PuppyPiers was working on. While I created all of the images, he wrote all the dialogue and narration for every page. He even had a hand in contributing to the look of Chris and Pier's apartment as well as their outfits. PuppyPiers thought Piers should wear a cropped t-shirt, however I decided put the label "Puppy" across his chest, a nod to the nickname given to Piers Nivans in the Resident Evil game.

After flight delays and traffic jams Chris arrived home from a business trip in Washington, DC. Piers eagerly waited for him with a pressing matter that needed immediate attention.

While this was originally intended to be Part One of a two-part comic, the passage of time and a redesign of my Chris Redfield figure ended up altering that plan. The third, and potentially last, NIVANFIELD graphic novel will be a new episode with revised 3D figures taking place in either a pool or beach setting.
