NIVANFIELD "LEVEL 19"

One of my first graphic comics created in Daz 3D was this NIVANFIELD story. After creating modified Genesis 8 figures of Chris Redfield and Piers Nivans from pre-existing templates, I wanted to put them into action. I gave them new uniforms, a new mission to go on, and a zombie horde to battle.

On a mission to clear a zombie infestation at an abandoned Umbrella Corp Facility, Chris and Piers are locked down in the loading bay waiting for reinforcements to arrive at dawn. With nothing to do, the Captain and his puppy find a way to pass the time.

The comic is named after the Daz 3D warehouse environment used, Level 19, and features a lot of action, both in and out of uniform. Lighting a full interior environment was a new challenge with this project. After rendering, I gave each frame a grainy green treatment to better match the video game ascetic.
